FAQs

  • Yep, absolutely. Everything you share stays between us, with a few exceptions if there’s a serious safety concern or if required by law. Your privacy and trust are really important to us.

  • Typical sessions are usually 50 minutes long and can be as often as 2x a week, depending on your needs. It’s a good amount of time to dive into what’s going on and start making some real progress. Other options are available as well. 

  • Most clients leave with practical advice they can actually use—whether it’s managing stress, improving relationships, setting boundaries, or figuring out how to move forward in life. We focus on what’s doable and helpful right now.

  • Yes, we work with couples who want to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, or work through specific issues together. It’s a space for both of you to be heard and move forward together. 

  • We mainly work with adults and older teens, but if you’re looking for someone to help with younger children, we are happy to refer you to someone who specializes in that.

  • Absolutely! If we think you’d benefit from seeing a licensed therapist or psychologist, we'll point you in the right direction. Your well-being is our top priority. 

  • Yes, we offer online sessions as well! Whether you’re at home or on the go, you can get the support you need from wherever is most convenient for you. Just let us know if you prefer virtual sessions, and we’ll set it up.

  • We will! We're working on a framework that will be engaging, safe and sometimes off the wall. It's in the works and we are excited to launch it. IF group sessions is something you're most excited about, please let us know. That way we can gauge interest.

  • Therapisht all about personal growth and real-life change. It’s a mix of coaching and support to help you tackle challenges, set goals, and make lasting changes. It’s not therapy, but it’s still about creating meaningful progress and ACTION! 

  • The first session is all about getting to know you—what you’re struggling with, what you want to change, and how we can work together to make that happen. We’ll lay out a plan and dive into the most important areas right away.

  • No, we don’t take insurance. Since this isn’t traditional therapy, it’s not typically covered. But many people appreciate the flexibility and focus of this approach.

  • The average cost of a session is between $150 - $500.
